We don't throw rocks around here Saul - we just tryto stop them being thrown. Just stay positive and you'll do fine. Let the moderators take care of the rock throwers.

And DustyJo is a very nice young lady who alwaysstarted positive and fun threads. We've just not seen her in a while.
Grrrr... (hugs RSG).

RSG looks surprised, fakes being offended... then hugs back.

You are right, some woman can be just as piggish as men. But what is wrong with my romance novels, generally about 2 people who are involved with each other and such. Yes, I know it can be compared to porn but still do not see the problem.

I have an issue with the ones that glorify infidelity. Bridges of Madison County, or The English Patient, for a couple of examples that were turned into film.

It's a constant source of wonder to me that women (in general) can rail so strongly against infidelity until it's the woman being unfaithful in a book or a movie, which is somehow "romantic."

"She was in a loveless marriage..."

"Her husband didn't appreciate her as a woman..."

Blah, blah, blah. The same justifications wouldn't hold for men - I've seen that double-standard too many times for it to be a 'few bad apples'.
