On CNBC tonight at 9pm...Amy Robach looks into the $3 billion-a-year online dating industry....(Including Match and eHarmony)

The title is Love at First Byte: The Secret Science of Online Dating...

Should be interesting and entertaining...

*Not sure what board to put this on but didn't want to stick in TV board as that doesn't get much activity at all....And since this is about Dating and eHarmony....I hope it stays on the main boards even if it needs to be moved...Thanks

This does sound interesting. I remember a show a couple of years ago called 'Hooking Up' that was more of a reality show that followed people as they did online dating. Obviously it is coming at it from a completely different angle, but I remember finding it completely interesting at the time.

Yep...this one is a one time report about online dating...I bet that show you are talking about was quite the entertaining one!

Anyone wanna bet they designate "poofing" as the biggest frustration with dating online?

It will be interesting to see if they give the good, bad, and the ugly to give a fair overview...Or will it be more of a fluff piece...I hope it's the former..

It's CNBC, how many eH and Match commercials do you think will run during the broadcast?
