that is what you were basically doing so I dont put too much value in these lies that came from avoidance and confrontation.

How are you not at fault in this given what appears to be your jealousy and trust issues?

How does he even know he misses you or knows how good you are if he doesnt date others? He needs some baseline to compare you to --right?
This man has been married before, and lived with someone previously, and dated a few before he met me, one of them was the one whom he went back to 3 times and each time it didnt work out, begged me to go back to him. So he does have some idea of what other women are like. And yes more fool me for going back to him each time, but there are so many qualities he does have, and thats my dilemma. I moved out, whilst still retaining a distant relationship with him, so he could sort himself out. I love him for so many things, but its the trust issue that haunts me, though he has made me like that because of his actions. The question is ' is this relationship worth saving?' He is adamant that it is, and loves me like he has loved no other, but can I ever believe a word he says?

He also doesnt want to get married now, where he has asked me three times in the past. He says he is not the marrying kind. And that poses another problem for me.

Sure it's worth saving for him because he doesn't have to be committed, with one hand on the door at all times....ready to bounce to back to this one or over to that one. Living with a series of women is his patten, then bouncing around between them...

Only if you are OK with this ...continue this neither here nor there "relationship". ...He is who he is...persuading you, romancing you, etc. is all part of the game to win you...then dump you.....and he will...shortly after you go back......Good luck...
