That's WAY too lengthy for a subject line. I kept them short and specific - say we finally made it to OC first thing Friday morning, I might use "Good Morning!" or "Happy Friday!" as my subject. For a long distance match I might say "Hello from Houston".

I like any of those. I agree, save the full sentences for the body of the message.

Now where would you get an idea like that?

Wow....talk about over thinking things. A simple Hello works well. There is a point where over thinking and over doing will just make you look desperate and like you don't have a life.

The most important thing is that you want it to stand out. "Hello"/"hi"/etc would not be a good choice as that's what everyone uses. My suggestion would be to use the first three or four words from your e-mail as the subject line. It would appeal to her curiosity and make it more likely that she would read the message. Think about it.

This is incorrect. There is nothing for the subject line to "stand out" from, because your match won't see it until they've already accepted the request. They're not looking through a list of subject lines trying to find one that stands out. Your profile (including photos) is where you need to stand out, because that's what they're using to determine if they're going to accept your OC request. If they accept it, they're going to see the subject line and the body of the message all at once. The body if the message is where you then have the chance to convince them to respond to you. The subject line is virtually a non-factor. "Hi" or "Hello" always worked just fine for me.

Perhaps something neutral like "wanna get naked?"
What do you mean by that?
