It sounds to me like she likes you. If she has been on EH a while, she may have other guys she has been dating or has lined up. This is not a bash to you at all, some of those may have been in the works AND after a few dates with you she may be distancing herself from them/ending them.

After date 4 was when I stopped communicating with others...and was genuinely excited about it turning into an LTR...

Three things:

Date 4, to my mind, is a place where things start to get more real....make sure you are doing more than the dinner/drinks....go bowling, hiking, do something outdoors or physical, go to a ball game....

At date 4, to my view, she should start to step up and reciprocate. Now, granted, that is about 3 dates too late for some on here but by date 4 even a woman used to being wooed/or who is naturally more traditional would definately need to start baking cookies or showing up with tickets to something or a dinner she cooks ...

Have you continued to (slowly) ramp up the physical? That is the key element to my view...if she is moving forward there....
