This would be your opportunity to find out why he feels that way. Did you do something wrong...did he misread you? Is there someone else?

Women do this to men too. I do believe two people can just be friends if they want to. Since this was 3 dates its still early in the process.

I am with Jayjay here. Don't respond. You don't want to appear to be groveling and asking what went wrong. He's not into you, that is all you need to know.

Consider it a favor and go on to find the next lucky guy who will appreciate you and all the wonderful things you have to offer.

I would honestly delete that person from my life. If they don't have enough respect for you to tell you in person, then they won't make a good friend, because friends respect each other.
