I went to a party with him and his friend spent time talking to me. After that he wont call or talk to me any more. Is that the unpardonable sin? Should I continue to pursue him?

Welcome to the boards, bakker.

If all you were doing was talking, then it sounds to me like he's rather immature. Is that the kind of guy you want to be with? And what if he does break down and decide to talk with you? Do you want to be manipulated? I think you already know the answer to your question....

Actually, it depends.... Did you end up completely ignoring or not talking to the guy you went with and instead talked with his friend? If so, then yes; I can see why the guy you went with would be upset and you'd both need to move on (especially if you're in the initial stages of getting to know each other). It may be over before it (relationship) even started....just a possibility.
