I think there is some useful information in the research. Food allergies can cause all kinds of problems. But, taking NSAIDs for an extended period of time is also considered "not a good thing". So, I think figuring out which foods are the problem would be a more realistic approach, even if it would take a lot longer to achieve the same results.

I take NSAIDs for hurting hips, heads, hands, shoulders, whatever feels bad that day. If anything feels bad that day. I don't take it for "the heck of it" or to head off any pains that might occur later on. Inflammation is the body's way of telling us something is wrong, right here, right now, take care of it please!

Personally, I find eliminating man made/altered products makes me feel like a better person overall. Added fillers and preservatives can't have a good effect on anyone, IMO.

I also try to avoid as many altered or man made products as possible. There's a big campaign by the corn people that high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) is the same as sugar, and actually, chemically it is not true. Most people don't realize that the corn pitch is propaganda and that one's body does not process the two - HFCS and sugar the same way.

One's body breaks down the the bonded glucose and fructose molecules in table sugar via digestion, and this is not the same for HFCS where the fructose and glucose are not bonded together and they enter the bloodstream directly. I have read a lot of research on HFCS, and while large amounts of either table sugar or HFCS aren't good for anyone, there is some evidence that because it is absorbed vs. digested and broken down, HFCS is one of those products we should be watchful of overconsumption.

After 3 neck fusion surgeries...the last anterior and posterior...Ever since I switched to eating all Organic...I have had less muscle pain and fatigue. The energy part was a noticeable difference within a few weeks. I also have not had a cold or flu in the last 2 years and not sure of that correlation but I'll take it!..LOL...

Just feel much better overall since the switch

Low dose should be OK.
Dr Oz likes ibuprofen, I like naproxen better ...200mg a day...
Naproxen does have some nasty side effects for some people. I'd be careful, and take it under medical supervision.

Please stop pretending that you are medically able to "diagnose and treat" strangers on the internet....let alone a DATING website.....
It's possible that this ^^ could be taken as a suggestion to start a medical/weight loss website where you can find out more about the history of members and get to know them.

How interesting.

Giving advice to strangers who are here to find dating advice really isn't a good idea.
