I am having trouble finding where you even have to choose that. I can't find it on the Basic profile and don't see it anywhere else. Could this be because I haven't paid for the subscription yet?
Moved the thread to "About You" from "Using eHarmony" since there is no body-type spec on eH.

For the record, I don't tell people I am dating about it. This is just a random board with people who I will never date, and the thread was about my body anyway, so I felt like posting it. I don't think I have ever shown a boyfriend my fat pictures, I am too afraid that they will mention how they would not have dated me like that. and I have had 2+ year long relationships. Those have known I was heavy at one point, but did not see photos.

I'm 5' 9" and a size 4. I work out and play several sports. Snce I am in the normal BMI range, I describe myself as average. I would love to use curvy, because that's a more accurate descriptor, but guys always seem to expect "fat" when I do so. I don't consider myself athletic, because I'm not muscular. If a guy is that concerned, he can look at my body shots. That's what I do with guys. They all consider themselves athletic and toned, no matter how paunchy they actually are.

IMO, self descriptors are pretty worthless. They should just be eliminated; photos are so much more informative.

There is an old joke that all women think they are fat and all men think they are one sit-up from being Arnold.
