From what I've read about him, he sounds like a jerk. He must have been quite the ladies man.
:-D

You should probably do some research yourself before believing all of the drivel that comes out of his and his company's mouth. You can ignore all the technical bits in there if you like, there's some personal bits you should probably know about.

If this is someone who you want to look up to, go right ahead. Not going to stop you. I, for one, won't.

We should all learn about love and life from a man who had to have a biography written with the expressed purpose of doing it so his kids could know him. Or rather, so his kids could know what he had been doing, instead of getting to know them.
I want to add to your great comment: WHICH KIDS? The daughter he didn't want to even accept is his, while her mother was on welfare trying to get Steve Jobs recognize his paternity?
Why put a man on a pedestal? We are all mortals and equal in God's eyes. We all have flaws and we are all imperfect. We would waste time and effort in expecting any one to be perfect in any way. Steve Jobs was a great inventor and a shrewd business man. He was as imperfect as any man on this planet.

you should probably read for yourself again and a little closer this time LK's post above before you accuse her of believing, "all of the drivel that comes out of his and his company's mouth."

I took a look at the link and yup, there was Steve Jobs. Definitely not anyone I look up to for inspiration on living well and having good relationships. I was kind of surprised when I read the post of the person who quoted me. I'm pretty sure about Randy Pausch . . . lol
