Dear Everyone,
Journaling is something dear to my heart. I've been doing that since I was a teenager, and I find it an excellent way to air out thoughts, ideas, troubles, and meditations on my life and life in general. It's a very peaceful endeavor. Sometimes my postings will actually be poems I write.
Of those, some are good enough that I want to keep them, some are bad enough that I keep them only as a reminder of where I need to go to improve my writing skills.
The only trouble I have with journals is space. After four or five years, the journals have to be culled--I have very limited space, and most of that is taken up with my books and art supplies!
I could scan them, but my printer currently is not working, alas...
Still, journaling is well worth the time!
By the way, this is my very first post in this forum!
Peace, everyone!

Welcome to the eHAdvice boards, fyrefay52!

If you digitized your handwritten journals, would that somehow change what they mean? I'm thinking out loud here, but it's something I've been wondering about.

Hiu Fryefay - thanks for adding to our discussion about journaling. I really find it helpful (and even necessary) for all of the reasons that you stated.

But, I gotta say - that purple color and bold font is really hard on my eyes!
