I hate to be the one to tell you this crookedlaces but I believe E-Harmony has a policy where members cannot be divorced twice. You may want to double check me by checking the Terms & Conditions.

Correction, I just checked the terms & conditions and I did not see anything about twice divorced being prohibited from joining. My mistake
Update: I did some research and I think if you take the registration questionnaire and state you have been divorced 3 or more times it will reject you.

OP I think what is in your favor is that you made your mistakes young. However, two divorces are two divorces, regardless of age. I would really take some time to figure out why things happened the way they did for you (other than the explanation that you gave, or more specifically, why you chose those two men)

How many times someone has been divorced matters to me, and you will find that it matters to other people on these boards too. Just something to keep in mind so you are prepared when/if you encounter it.

I thought you had very good explanations for how you got in and out of 2 marriages at such a young age. Your explanations indicate you understand some important relationship basics, and where and why you made mistakes.

I'd see that as a plus. (Now if you come back here in 1 year posting "Oops! Did it again!" I would begin to be worried about you!)

With anything that there are a lot of negative stereotypes about, it's better not to push those things right into your matches' faces, before you meet. It just feeds into snap decisions.

If you meet someone, go out a few times, it begins to look like there's a future here ... that might be when you want to bring it up.

May I kindly suggest you forget dating for a while and focus on learning about yourself? The definition of insanity is repeating the same thing over and over and expecting new or different results..at least as insanity refers to dating .

You jumped quickly twice in the past 4 years....take a time out, maybe get some therapy and find out why you have made the choices you did.

You are very young-there are many years ahead of you to date and form a good relationship. Consider being fair to yourself and to the guys you might be dating while in your 'insane' moment and just take a breather.

Self searching, group therapy, one on one dialogues will benefit you and help guide you to forming a healthy next relationship.

Time out time!

I don't think so. Last weekend I was matched with a guy who'd been married and divorced FOUR times. So I don't think eH cares about that. Or else he lied on the questionnaire.
