I read some where that the term "Nice Guy" When Men say they mean there buddy Bob who is a good golf buddy and if you need help with a yard project will come over to lend a hand.
When women say "Nice Guy" they mean guy who is nice so he must be hiding something, or some with no back bone so, I keep him around to walk all over if I so please. It was on USATODAY I will see if I can dig up the link.

I have notice this though, The women who have called me a nice guy, have either a tried to walk all over me, or try to abuse my kindness in some matter. It got to the point in general if a women calls me that, I bolt for the hills, and the ones did not, either we have been friends for a very long time or we dated
