That is freakin' hilarious! I just might steel that idea--maybe, maybe.

I was going to do some tattooing on my arm (like barbwire or tribal thing) before...but my friend told me unless I'm a real bad boy or have an arm like Leo i should stay away from tattoos

Last year I dated someone who declared "I would never date a woman with tattoes!" What an odd statement!
It so happens that I have three, they have deep meaning to me. And it also so happens that he is still not over me.
We come to our choices from so many different roads through life - why not first listen and see, instead of pre-emptively getting all rigid with our 'lil rules and Cannot's ?

I only have my ears pierced only one hole in each ear. Funny thing I rarely wear earrings.
I have one tattoo (so far). The tattoo has a lot of meaning to me and it hard to explain without you knowing me IRL . People do not know I have a tattoo until I tell them or show them.
I definitely date someone with tattoos and hope that he tells me the story behind each one.
I do not know if I would date some with piercings; it would have to depend on the location of such piercing and the size of the hole left behind.

Not really. Some people consider tattoos to be a form of vandalism of the body and it may violate some religious beliefs.

I find it odder that anyone finds them attractive, especially on a woman.

At least with a piercing, the jewelry can be removed, and the hole will heal closed on its own... but a tattoo can't easily be removed.

In 20-30 years there are going to be a lot of older people who regret getting tattoos when they see what those tattoos look like after that amount of time.

I understand this viewpoint. Actually, aging is probably my single biggest consideration with getting a tattoo. My only tattoo is on my back, which I expect to age more gracefully than most of my body.

I'm okay with tattoos.

One ear piercing in a guy is about all I can handle.

In anyone, male or female, seeing tongue, nose, nipple, and eyebrow piercings just looks so terribly painful.
