Don't we all seek a little bit of attention in our own ways? Just sayin...

FTR, I like you. but I think you should worry less about what people think of you- including this post if you'd like.

I don't think you post to seek attention, Justme. I think you are searching for answers - I do think you don't hear the answers but I don't think that is attention seeking behaviour. I do think you are truly seeking understanding.
I also think JustMe is honestly searching for answers.....and truly seeking understanding.

I think a person who does these things.....should be encouraged. The person willing to admit he doesn't have the answers.....who is willing to honestly consider another's point of view in his search for understanding between them.....is surely on the right path.

It costs us so little sometimes, to help one another, and can mean so much to the other person.....it almost seems a shame to bypass that opportunity. To say nothing of the satisfaction one can receive from helping somebody.....

I do think, ultimately, the answers we all seek lie within ourselves. But reaching out to one another, admitting human foibles.....of which we are all guilty.....is surely a good thing.

I do agree with Scarlet that we should all be less concerned with what others think of us.....and more concerned with what we ourselves think of us. In her own way, Scarlet is helpful.
