I am looking for ideas for a Christmas present for my boyfriend of two months. He is 60 and has a house, car, all the clothes and tools he needs. I am thinking about spending between $100 and $200 on something (or some things), but really would appreciate any ideas.

The money is not cast in iron, I just don't know. He will buy me jewelry, but what is a good gift idea for him? I thought about a GPS and also about a camera, but really want some other ideas.

If he already has all the stuff he wants, how about an activity? Tickets to an event he'd really like. A day trip to somewhere he'd like to go. A really special evening out.

I just recently dated a 61 year old who was very accomplished and well- had everything. So I get it- My suggestion would be to create a 'fun memory'. Plan a weekend get-away, a place you will both enjoy with activities you like. Consider a Bed & Breakfast in the mountains or by the sea. And don't forget your camera!

As a guy (who refuses to be quite that old) who has more than enough stuff. The greatest gifts that a girl could give me for Christmas would be to share her time with me. And make me some butter cookies, well help me make them.

(sorry can't type anymore, got all teary eyed).

I would avoid anything technology unless you know exactly his tastes (and what is compatible with the technology he already has.)

Dinner is good, wine or scotch (if he drinks.)

It sounds like you already know he intends to buy you something - otherwise I would suggest not doing so at all.

I would suggest a gift certificate. If he has a hobby or something that he enjoys doing, then one that he can use to buy something he might not have, and believe me we always need something to keep our hobbies going. Or just a generic certificate, that he could use to buy himself whatever he wanted. Just make sure he spends it on himself.

I heard about this one, a gift certificate to Victoria's Secret and he gets to pick out what ever he wants to see on you. Not my idea, and not quite at that state with my guy but an interesting idea
