Actually, this reminds me of a more general phenomenon. That people want to think that there are no consequences to their actions. Like....you can have sex....and still somehow at a later date you can be a virgin. Not wanting to accept the consequences of our decisions and actions seems to be something pretty common in modern society in many areas.

That's well put, I like how you think.


I had my first date with her yesterday and it went well, we both hit it off immediately, so decided to go to San Francisco and spent the day down there.

It was a long day but was very enjoyable.


Heard from her today - and while we didn't have the "talk" she was savvy enough to realize and admit we are NOT on the same page as regards marriage.

The emerging pattern that I am seeing with these born again virgins is that actually they LIKE sex and want to get married as fast as they can to the first nice someone so they can HAVE sex in the married context they want it to be.
