When it comes to love, do you tend to follow your heart, or your head?

How has that worked out for you? Have you ever felt like you needed to change your approach? If so have you tried and how did that go?

~~~
Me, I'm a heart person. I've tried to be more logical in relationships but sort of failed. I say "sort of" because obviously being single again none of my relationships ultimately worked out, but with the exception of 1 they were all LOVELY relationships that just....didn't work out. So overall I feel pretty lucky.
~~~

How about you?

My head. The one time I followed my heart - he was abusive. With the exception of that relationship, all the others ended on speaking terms.

Maybe what I'd say is.....I try to use my head to find the best way to satisfy my heart.

I think I use my head first and then my heart. I think our head subconsciously is making assessments when we meet someone and continues to do so. If it passes that test then the heart will start to follow. But I think it is a team effort.

I think I follow my heart, although I'm making a conscious effort to 'get my head in the game' and keep it there.

My head. Sometimes my heart will attempt to take the lead, but I think too much and slow it down, back it up and keep it in check. Once my head has all the bases covered then it's the hearts turn to take over.

Then it's all she wrote! (I think??)
