I have been entertained and also learnt a few things on the EH discussion boards.

[COLOR=#262626][FONT=Cambria]But I’m bemused that there seems to be a lot of venting about respective beau/belles. I also noted a discussion about whether it might not be better to visit local cafe then having breakfast at home. Well, I guess the odds of meeting anyone “at home” would be pretty remote. But shouldn’t the reason for frequenting the local cafe, gym, sewing class, whatever be because you like to? If you don’t enjoy getting out it might be best not to bother with a relationship the odd are you’d only make the other person miserable too.

We are all responsible for our own happiness. If we are in a relationship that makes us troubled then it is time to free yourself from this person. There are wonderful people out there that want to be happy and make you happy to. ..........enjoy (-:

Oh come on, really?

Love the rest of the post though...

But to answer your question - all other women and ALL men, of course!

Thanks kindly ...

Oh, Prince Audrey dies in the company of those who love him, family, sister ... and he was ina loveless marriage at the time the made the remark ... Pierre also tells him he'd "take his advice on all subjects except that one." And he marries poorly himself, but later is reunited with the lovely Natasha ... we are not told what becomes of them.

That's because by the time you are able to read that story in full, you are supposed to know that, as in all fairy tales, "they lived happily ever after" - it's a foregone conclusion.

Who’s responsible for your happiness?
Well we are all responsible for our own happiness. We may find that a person may make us happy or doing certain things makes us happy but all in all we must be happy ourselves.

Could you live alone for 20 years? With just yourself, animals and maybe raising a child, making heavy sacrifices, could you be happy? Not having companionship of the opposite sex for a very very long time could you be happy? Not seeing these situations change, except for the child growing into an adult, could you be happy? Knowing that you may not find your soul mate or kindred and may be alone in your senior years, could you be happy?

With that situation there is a lot of time to do some soul searching. Time to really get to know yourself. Not a lot of distraction. I know, I lived it. I'm ok with being alone, I sleep well at night, I can look at that reflection in the mirror with no problem. Bottom line I am ok with myself. Why then do you ask am I on eH? Because I am ready to accept someone into my life if the time is right. How will I know if the time is right? Because I have to put myself out ther and let fate take over. Fate will then have me cross paths with the right person or not. Easy as that, and if not I'm ok being alone, and I'm happy.

Some people need people around them all of the time. Then there are those that have to constantly be in a relationship no matter what.
It's as if they can't stand to be alone. I have never understood this. I feel these people may not be content or happy with themselves or possibly they don't know themselves very well. Are they happy?

Are you happy?

Yes I am for the most part, thanks for asking

And I kinda agree with your post. Except that "not seeing" or "knowing" a little too strong a term - I prefer "taking into account a possibility", but then I've always had a problem with using too many words!

I'm happy to hear you are for the most part.

I tend to come across "a little strong" in my writing, it just happens, but I thought that it was I that had the problem with using too many words.

Well, at least we share a common problem then.
And I heard something about problem shared problem solved saying somewhere, at some stage of my life, I guess
