The story was nice but, come on! The guy,was well off and he met and married a flight attendent? The story was stereo typical.Rich successful guy coming to the rescue of a helpless damsel in distress! How about a story about a regular guy.Blue collar worker who meets a womenwho works as a waitress that happens to be a single mom. That's a hell of a lot more realistic.
Ah, but it does work. Almost by chance, I met a soul mate and we both new it within the first 60 minutes of our first date. I proposed in 31 days, she accepted. Unfortunately, she wasn't prepared for the intensity of this type of relationship, but the knowledge of the match made a profile, an image, of what the perfect match is.
The second soul mate I met, because of the image, I proposed to in 19 days. She is prepared! We'll be married soon (not soon enough!) :-)
The man traveled alot and was well offwith much opertunity to meet someone, all he needed to do was stop working long enough to make eye contact. I've been putting the secret princibles into practise for about 8 months. I've met4 men "on line". Two of them in personand all were a real disappointment.
Rich businessman meets and falls in love with flight attendant. Soooo cliche! This Treasure Map sounds like a rehash of the Vision Board from The Secret.
The desperately romantic will put down their bodice-ripper Fabio novels and pick up this book. Then add it to their "how to pick the perfect rich tall-dark-handsome soulmate" library.
Way, way, WAY too new-aged! Take this quote for example:
We shall harness for God the energies of love..."
A bit arrogant and irreverent, don't you think? First of all, God IS love!Apart from Him there is no good. The author seems to have this notion that God is some cosmic force that she can harness and use to accomplish her purposes...she makes reference to the cosmic powers of the universe, but does not give honor, praise, or glory to the GOD of the Universe! (Kind of like where Romans 1 describes people who worship the creation rather than the Creator.)
Romans 11:34-36 says, For who has known the mind of the Lord, and who has been His counsellor?
Or who has first given to Him and it shall be recompensed to him again?
For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things: to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
We can't put God in a box, or come up with a nice little formula for controlling Him and getting Him to do our bidding, especiallyif...when He does answer, we give credit tothe universe He created.

Yeah, maybe. Don't you see the problem with taking things that fast and proposing before you can possibly really know each other???
Oh, please. All this boils down to is "be aware of the opportunities around you."
As for the Law of Attraction, universal or not, apparently those starving refugees in the Sudan and homeless families in the US just don't "focus" on their hearts' desires enough? Or maybe all those cancer patients just aren't "mapping out" their health correctly?

It would be best to be original and reflect who you are. Writing style etc. is one thing, but copying "this sounds good" from other profiles before you fill your own out won't yield much. No one here ... –

I hate when the gal pays then expects me to put out, especially on the first date when it's perfectly clear in my profile that I have a two date rule. Sheesh. –
