What's on your list of things you are thankful for?

1) I'm thankful that in today's economy I have a solid job, a decent home and enough resources to take care of myself and my sons.

2) I'm thankful for the fact that my kids have been blessed with good health.

3) I'm thankful for my family and friends (both in real life and here on eHa). They make me smile even on those days when I thought I couldn't.

You?

I am Thankful for...

My son.

My extended family.

My friends. Like Positive said...from here and real life. Some of you guys have really made a difference for me!

My business and more importantly...my customers! Even though everyone is slow at the moment, I know that things could be much worse.

My independance.

I'm thankful for:

-living in a country that enables me to have the opportunities I've had.

-my daughter

-my friends; including those here

-my work

-my family

-a new one this year: for my sweetheart, who in two months has made me feel at least two decades younger!

-and, last but certainly not least; for my Lord and Savior.

I am thankful for my two wonderful children, for family and friends, near and far, online and offline. I'm thankful for the fact that, as m8se69 said, while things are not so great they could be a lot worse and for hope for better times.

this is beginning to sound liike the 5 things we can't do without..air water, essential amino acids.

of course, I am thankful that I have a job, a (new) roof, and can cover the basics.

I am always grateful for the extended network of friends and family that catch me when I am falling off the deep end.

I am grateful that I have the ability to provide extensively for my child. He is needing it. And, I get to visit him on Thanksgiving. I can become very grateful for very small things.

I am thankful we have a new progressive president. I am thankful we will soon have a president who has publically stated that "America does not torture people." I am thankful that my gay brother came out, first to me and then to mom and dad. I am thankful that this year I formally withdrew from the church that harrassed my brother on account of his sexual orientation. I am thankful that I am god less in Seattle.

I'm thankful for:

1. My job, which I love to bits, and it comes with a most gracious boss.

2. A good mind even at my advanced age, I can take on the young'uns.

3. My dear friends including the ones here on EHA who have opened their hearts and minds to me. You continue to remind me that there are good people in this world. I will try to pass on your kindness.
