I'm not sure I can name one particular place that has inspired me because so many of them have been inspirations for different reasons, have different connections and meanings that said something to me in such a profound way. When I was young, I joined the military in order to see all of the places on the list in my head. I accomplished that now all of those places and sights have inspired me in some way. My visits to Germany, England and Spain fed my love of history, family and some kind of spiritual connection that is hard to explain, The ocean views from Northern California were awe inspiring to me and led to a love of the ocean even though I live in the middle of the USA. Maybe that's why I love Lake Superior, it reminds me of the ocean.
