Child support is just that. Different than alimony. Please don't confuse the two.
The problem with this idea, is "child support" is defined to include housing and elements of neighborhood quality. Thus, the prime beneficiary of "child support" is not children, but a subsidy-seeking woman.
It is simply not feasible for a person to pay for two sets of housing.
