It's almost the end of the year and I don't want to spend New Year's Eve alone.
Last year, I had a blind date for New Year's Eve. Within 3 minutes of meeting, he told me he was losing his license in a week due to a recent DUI. Then he proceeded to get so wasted that he was singing and dancing for me (a la The Temptations) in a very classy nightclub. He also spent more than half the night taking calls from his sister who kept getting lost on her way into town.
So maybe spending that night alone isn't the worst thing that could happen...
But I wish I had someone to kiss at midnight (all the time zones) too.
