Well on the first date of what turned out to be my last relationship, I was affectionate with her during the date. A few soft kisses on the lips (in the rain no less!) but no tongue.

At the end of the date, when she drove me home and we were sitting in the driveway, we kissed again and she was the one who pulled me in for a long deep french kiss. Good thing I was still sitting because I would have been the one that went "thud"! LOL

We were together for six months after that, so it was not a bad thing really.

But for the most part, I agree with the others... a french kiss on the first date usually leads you no where.

I went on a first date last night with an EH match, just coffee together. Our date ended with a hug over the car door. I probably could have kissed her but did not have "the feeling" so I chose not too. Save that for later when it will be more special!
