Well, I'm a teacher and I have traveled quite a bit for my age. I love doing and started young. If you really love to travel you find the time and money to do it. It's easy to find cheap ways to travel. Others also mentioned the summer vacations and such, which is a great time to travel. Although, during the school year I have to admit I don't go too far...I work on average 9 hour days, 7-4. However I've been known to put in 10 hour days. Someone mentioned teacher are home at 3:30. My contract hours are 7:30-4 and the students are in school from 7:55-3:15. (This is a public school)
