Floater thingie keeps the water in the tank/trough at a set level. This way Fino's critters always have water and she doesn't have to stand there with a hose to fill the trough every day filling it. And hopefully it won't over flow. At least till crazy horse knocks it off the tank or breaks the floater thingie.
Crazy Horse isn't the one with the hose fetish, that's Umo. But he only plays with the hose if the trough is empty. One hopes this will solve that problem.....
