In HS it was football, wrestling and track. I played Pop Warner football throughout Junior High School. This is a traveling little league football league with full pads and full contact. Track was always my forte of sorts in HS. I preferred the sprinting races over distance. My track coach in HS made me wrestle to keep in shape for track.
At the ripe age of 28 I only run now. I usually try to run 5 days a week and the distance varies based off of the weather and how I feel on that particular day. Gotta love Chi-town, last week we were at a heat index of 102, this week we are barely pushing 75.
