I'm single because I'm old and all the old guys are busy chasing the young gals (because they can't accept that they're old). Come to think of it, I don't like being old either... but I tend to accept reality.
You are not old! You just aren't being appreciated. Let me tell you what older guys have to offer (the ones I've found anyway). They realize retirement is around the corner and paying for kids college. Splitting a burger out then straight home to watch Family Guy on the pc (piggybacking his neighbors wifi) because he canceled cable/internet to save $35/mo. His standing back 10 ft. from the cash register asking if I am paying for the groceries which mainly consisted of his expensive beer, foods for his high cholesterol and cereal for me. OH JOY!!!
Shame prohibits me from sharing any more. Do yourself a favor, stop thinking of yourself as old and get yourself a nice young stud muffin! Just think of him as young and SMILE BABY!!!!!
