I used to ask for a pic and then close them if they didn't respond within 2 weeks. Right before my membership expired, a guy with no pic initiated with me and I thought I'd give it a try. He seemed like a nice guy but did not release his picture until OC. It's not that he was bad looking but he did come across as insecure to me and that is a turn off.
