I always ask at least 2 custom questions - usually related to something in the person's profile. If he mentions having pets, I ask about that. Music lover? I ask about favorite artist. Sports nut? "What are the Packers' chances of making the Superbowl?" (Well, can't use that one anymore....) If there happens to be a funny or smart a$$ line in the profile, I make sure to create a question around that. Custom questions always get better answers, not the boring one sentence or short phrase answers the canned questions usually come back with.
Yeah, we Packer fans had a very rollar coaster season...the way Rodgers started I expected to make the Superbowl! Yeah, its a sad year when the Vikings make it to the playoffs & we don't. I personally hate the custom questions being asthe more thought I put into them the less likely I am to make it through free weekend, and I can't make it through as it is....I don't care to pay for something that hasn't worked for me in the past...there is still hope that maybe I will possibly meet "the one" on eharmony but right now I am taking a break from Eh. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet people through advice, I love hearing what others have to say. I know I am contradicting myself, but I take a lot of time to think about my answers regardless if they are custom or the normal questions.
