Five Steps to Date-Ready Skin
This is an all-the-time step. Protect your skin from sun damage by slathering on the SPF daily. And drink up. Water flushes toxins out of your system, keeps your skin’s moisture levels balanced, and gives you a healthy glow. Increase your hydration in the days leading up to a date — decrease your alcohol and salty food intake — to optimize that inside-out beauty. Tip: Try Olay Regenerist Daily Regenerating Lotion with SPF 50!

February 14,2012 at 11:03 amThese are all great tips to maintaining healthy and young-looking skin. I have started a regular schedule for my face and body and have noticed a great difference in my skin tone. I look younger and feel better about myself. I haven't really tried changing my diet to help the process like this article mentions, so I will have to try that. I have been recently been getting more sleep and have noticed the areas around my eyes look better and make me look younger as well. Dermatologists are possible ideas, along with a lifestyle lift or something else like that. Thank you for the tips!
